Welcome to TreasurementsCo. By accessing or using our website and purchasing products from TreasurementsCo, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

1. About Treasurements

Treasurements provides custom and personalized magnet products and related items through our online store.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Custom & Personalized Products

Many of our products are made specifically for each customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted with their order, including:

  • Names and spelling

  • Dates and other text

  • Photos

  • Designs

  • Quantities

  • Product selections

  • Shipping information

TreasurementsCo is not responsible for mistakes or inaccuracies provided by the customer.

Because custom products are made specifically for you, custom and personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

3. Customer-Provided Content

If you submit photographs, artwork, logos, designs, or other content for use in creating your order, you confirm that you have the right to use and provide that content.

You agree not to submit content that infringes another person’s or company’s copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other legal rights.

Treasurements reserves the right to refuse an order containing content that we believe may violate the law or another person’s rights.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and shipping information.

Prices are displayed on our website and may change at any time. Any applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be added to your order as required.

Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed.

5. Order Cancellations & Changes

Because custom orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, customers may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing an order, provided production has not begun.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled due to a change of mind.

If you need to change information on an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@treasurementsco.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for additional information regarding cancellations, refunds, and defective or damaged products.

6. Returns, Refunds & Defective Products

Custom and personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We may request photographs or other information to evaluate the issue. If the issue is determined to be our responsibility, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the selected shipping carrier. TreasurementsCo is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier if necessary.

Treasurements will make reasonable efforts to assist with shipping issues, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Treasurements website, including logos, branding, photographs, graphics, text, designs, and other original materials, belongs to TreasurementsCo or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use TreasurementsCo original content without prior written permission.

10. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the website to:

  • Commit or encourage unlawful activity

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the website

  • Submit fraudulent orders or payment information

  • Submit content that violates another person’s rights

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, or website.

11. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, photographs, colors, dimensions, and other product information.

However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings. Because products may be handmade or individually produced, minor variations may occur.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TreasurementsCo will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

13. Events Outside Our Control

TreasurementsCo will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, power outages, internet or technology failures, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
